1. The 30-Day Glow Journey
Because the natural skin cell turnover cycle takes between 28 to 40 days, we kindly ask that you use your Bonzra serum consistently for at least 30 days before deciding if it’s right for you. This allows the active ingredients to work their magic. We are confident that once you see the change, you won't want to let it go.
2. Our 60-Day Radiance Guarantee
If after 30 days of consistent use you are not completely satisfied with your results, you have until the 60th day from your original purchase date to request a refund. Your satisfaction is our only priority.
3. The "Empty Bottle" Peace of Mind
We are so confident in our potency that we accept returns even if the bottle is completely empty. No questions asked about the packaging—we just want you to try the product to the very last drop.

4. Return Shipping & Support
To maintain our boutique quality and the high concentration of our rare ingredients, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
